• Lounge (1st Floor): Fun area featuring a pool table, sleek bar with Smart TV, and access to the backyard.
• Kitchen (2nd Floor): Modern and stocked with top-of-the-line appliances, ready for your culinary adventures. 🍳
• Living Room (2nd Floor): Spacious area with a comfortable sectional sofa and Smart TV.
• Outdoor Patio (2nd Floor): Screened patio with comfortable seating, firepit, and dining table with TV.
• Bedroom 1 (2nd Floor): King-sized bed, vanity, and desk area.
• Bedroom 2 (2nd Floor): Queen-sized bed, balcony with river views, and access to the patio.
• The Loft (3rd Floor): Four queen-over-queen bunk beds, designated workspace, and sitting area with panoramic windows.
• Bathrooms: Two full bathrooms (one on 1st floor, one on 2nd floor) stocked with fluffy towels, shampoo, conditioner, and body soap. 🚿

🅿️ GUEST ACCESS
You will have private access to the entire home, including the pool, backyard, and driveway.
• Parking: Long private driveway with room for plenty of cars. 🚗
• Entry: The home is accessed via Self Check-In.
• Pool: The swimming pool is open from May to October.

📝 OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
• Pool: Open seasonally - Pool is NOT heated.
• Stairs: This is a three-story home and requires stairs to access different levels.
• Cameras: Exterior security cameras are installed for safety and check-in verification.
• Pet Fee: $250 per dog. Dogs must stay off furniture and waste must be picked up. 🐾

⚠️ HOUSE RULES & POLICIES
• No Parties or Events.
• Quiet Hours: 10 PM to 8 AM.
• We cannot guarantee availability of the pool due to inclement weather or unforeseen maintenance issues
• No Smoking inside.
• Minimum Age: Primary renter must be 25 years or older.
• Check-In: 4:00 PM.
• Check-Out: 10:00 AM.
