The open living space features a comfortable king bed plus a queen sofa bed, a full kitchen, a beautiful bathroom, and a private laundry area. A unique spiral staircase leads to the private loft featuring a double bed.

You are in a prime location near the best bars, restaurants, and top attractions in the city. Also on site is the elegant new whiskey lounge called Tartan House. This is a separate business serving a curated list of spirits and luxury cocktails in a highly refined setting. 🍸

• Sleeping Arrangements: Comfortably sleeps up to six guests with a king bed on the main level, a double bed in the loft, and a queen sofa bed. 🛏️
• Kitchen: A full kitchen completely equipped for all your needs.
• Design: A bright and airy studio layout featuring a unique spiral staircase.

🏠 AMENITIES AND ACCESS
• Laundry: A private in unit area equipped with a new washer and dryer.
• Entertainment: Enjoy a 4K Smart TV equipped with YouTube TV for local and cable channels, plus your favorite streaming apps. 📺
• Coffee Bar: A Keurig coffee maker and fresh coffee are included for your stay. ☕
• Parking: One secure off street parking spot is available at the rear of the property. Additional free parking is located along Main Street. 🚗
• Access: Guests will enjoy full access using a digital keyless door lock.

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS
We are an integrated partner with Airbnb. Because of this, our guests must complete a separate host rental agreement that will be sent to you after booking. A credit card will also be required to authorize a 300 dollar security deposit hold. This hold will be released upon checkout as long as there are no damages or excess mess left at the property.
